Operating between Ibiza, Mallorca & Marbella, he provides a dedicated, tailored service to source the finest homes. With hands-on experience constructing multiple villas, he brings valuable expertise to clients investing in or building their dream property. Tim is a certified API real estate broker.
Kuno Zabell

With over 16 years' experience in international real estate, Kuno has built a strong track record working with clients worldwide. Having owned and operated his own real estate company in Asia for 8 years, he brings valuable entrepreneurial and market insight. With hands-on experience in developing villas and condominiums, he provides expertise to clients investing in or building high-end property. Kuno is a senior real estate broker fluent in Danish, English, and Swedish.
